u can't make a right on red in Texas :shrug: Heck we can make a left on red if we are coming from a one way making a turn onto a one way.

Sponge, it's the stop light immediately following the toll exit and there are two right turn lanes. They do that so the outside right turn lane can't turn right on red. I hate it but it makes sense once you're at the light.
