Maybe I'm missing something, but Dayton is -4.5 at Saint Louis, a team who scored 20 points in their last game. Okay, so we have a team in the top 20 laying 4.5 on the road to a team that managed to score 20 points in their last game. Can someone shed some light on this, a major injury to Dayton perhaps??

Wright is out for Dayton. And even though St. Louis was awful in their last game, that doesn't mean you can assume they'll play that poorly again. In fact, I kind of look at this as a bounceback scenario for them. They played one of the worst games in recent memory, now they have a chance to get that taste out of their mouths playing a good team, at home, with their fans backing them. I like St. Lou + the points myself.

One other thing, I don't think you can consider it a trap when they're laying around 5 points on the road. That's a decent number for a road fave. I think if Vegas wanted to trap it would be -1 to -2.

I'm not touching this game, but that would be my bet, saint louis, this one has sucker written all over it, if a game was this easy, we'd all make thousands on this game.....

Yeah, I don't think its a trap but I'm also looking for StLouis to bounce back. They are at home and will shoot a LOT better (a blind chimp could...). Majerus is a good coach and will have them bounce back. They are 9-6 overall and won a couple games before that nightmare a couple nights ago.

Avg play, StLouis +5

It's funny you say that because I was surprised to see St. Lou getting that many points. They were actually the first game I played because I thought the line was off. Dayton is a better team, no doubt, but one of the things I love about college hoops is that it's about more than x's and o's. If it was a matter of simply picking the better team every game, we would all be millionaires.

I expect to see a lot of emotion and intensity from St. Louis tonight. Conference home opener for them after laying an egg. I think they will be ready?

Yeah, I completely understand. They looked HORRIBLE the other night. I certainly hope they don't play the same way tonight or I'm fooked! :mj07:

As touchdown mentioned above, a blind chimp could shoot better than they did the other night! :mj07:
