bbc,

...we don't rebuild at Tennessee, we just re-load!!! ;)

...check out the two posts above yours.... they provide a detailed position by position breakdown of the roster as of spring game. looks like we may be a little weak up front on the defense, but i think that we have a couple of guys that will step up.... they won't be any Big Jon Henderson or Albert Haynesworth, but they should be able to hold their own against most anyone.... :D

...damn, i can't wait til August.

I am a lazy SOB, you put out all that info and I ask you to count it for me :)

I can't wait for August either, I am trying to learn to capp bases, but it just seems like such hard work, while during football season, I'll put in 30 hours a week and it doesn't bother me a bit.

I think the biggest plus of all for the Vols besides the best talent money can buy (*Literally*) LOL is that they only leave the state 3 times next year. Winner of Miami Tennessee plays winner of Texas Oklahoma for the marbles in my humble opinion.

I am going to try and add some west coast flavor to this thread: Here is my pac-10 preview very brief-games I think they lsoe are in parenthesis ALL CAPS ARE SWING GAMES

1: WSU Look at this schedule, it is a dream (@UCLA,WASH)
2: USC (At COLO at WSU)
3:Wash ( AT MICH, AT ASU, AT WSU)
4:ORE (at WSU, at OSU)
5:ARIZONA (at Wisco, vs Ore, vs WSU)
6:ASU (at Neb,at Ore, at WSU, AT USC, AT AZ)
7:UCLA (vs Colo,at OSU,vs Ore,at CAL, at Wash, at Az, at USC)
7:OSU (at USC,at ASU, vs AZ, at Wash)
9:STAN (at ASU, at NDame,WSU,atUCLA,at Ore, vs USC,at Cal)
10:CAL Wins in parenthesis ( Baylor,NMSU,AirForce,ucla,stan)

Some quick points: i think non conferance schedules are very important: I am a big ASU fan i will say that

Uof A they got a great player in Lance Briggs and running back Clerance Farmer is amazing. I hope they ahve a horriblke year but they wont.... Holiday Bowl?????

ASU: ASU has a great QB dilemma, all 3 have talent, They got ALL-American candiadte Sean Mcdonal to throw too and All American candidate Suggs on D-LINE-terrible secondary and o-line questions Bowl Bubble

CAL- Kyle Boeller can bring it- too bad he never has, a better year for the Bears even though a bowl is impossible dut to ncaa violations (it would take a miracle to make a bowl anyways)

Ore- Kennan Howry and co. will miss Harrington badly Sun Bowl at worst

OSU- Cake schedule and 8 defensive satrters return-will struggle in conferance Bowl Bubble

Stanford-lose 8 defensive starters NO Bowl but they always prove me wrong

UCLA- Bye bye Toledo- he is let go after the year- disappointing year for UCLA- I hope I am wrong NO BOWL

USC-Kareem Kellly, Salatan Maculough high poowered offense ROSE BOWL

Wash: Reggie Williams is the best WR I ahve ever seen... Holiday or other top non BCS bowl

WSU- Cake schedule and Jason Gesser have the Cougars smelling the cactus in the fiesta bowl, but one loss will eliminate them from fiesta becasue of a terrible schedule- Fiesta or Rose
