None of us here can make that call.

The Police Chief has dropped the ball on this and the City Manager is dancing as fast as he can, but he can't keep up with the music.

Well Latino isn't really a race. Whatever a race is anyway.

People from Central/South American and Caribbean islands are either
1) Full European descendents (Spanish/Portuguese/Other?)
2) African/Black slave descendents
3) "Native" American Indians

I'd guess 75% of said population is at least 2 of the above at this point.
I am not sure how we can even come close to classifying all those people with one word.

When they call him a White Hispanic I'm thinking fully Spanish but with family who stopped over in the Caribbean/Latin American for a few generations.

1.The witness reports that George Zimmerman was on the ground and Trayvon is on top of him punching him.
2.The witness says that George Zimmerman was screaming and yelling for help.
3.Police arrive and find Zimmerman bleeding on his face and the back of his head. He also has had grass stains on his back. All this confirms the story told by Zimmerman and the witness.
4.Police play the 911 tape for Trayvon Martin?s father, who tells police that the voice screaming is not the voice of his son.

Mikhail Muhammad?s New Black Panther Party is offering a $10,000 reward for the ?capture? of George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch captain accused of killing teenager Trayvon Martin.

The Orlando Sentinel reports today that the New Black Panthers have called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men to capture Zimmerman.

Muhammad said the New Black Panthers will organize what amounts to a vigilante posse to search for Zimmerman in Maitland, a suburb or Orlando, Florida.

The party, led by Dr. Malik Zulu Shabaz of Washington, D.C., is taking donations from black entertainers and athletes and hope to collect a million dollars by next week, according to the newspaper.

Sanford, Florida, authorities said any attempt ?by civilians to take any person into custody may result in criminal charges or unnecessary violence.?

The shooting has set off a nationwide debate over race and justice, reports MSNBC. Rallies in support of prosecuting George Zimmerman were held on Saturday in Washington, Chicago, Dallas and Tampa, Seattle, Baltimore and Atlanta.

Zimmerman?s legal adviser, Craig Sonner, told CNN on Friday that Zimmerman has stated he is not a racist.

In 2008 during the presidential election, a nightstick wielding New Black Panther member was caught on video intimidating voters at a poll in Philadelphia.

In January of 2009, the Bush Justice Department invoked a section of the Voting Rights Act to file a civil lawsuit alleging voter intimidation, but the case was scaled back after Obama took office later that month.

A lawyer hired by the Justice Department told the New York Times the case was watered down because his former colleagues did not want to protect white people?s civil rights.

Obama made his comments during a press conference in the Rose Garden announcing a nominee for the World Bank, described as a ?multinational development institution? by the New York Times (more accurately described as an international bankster loan shark operation).

Obama said that ?if I had a son, he?d look like Trayvon.?

?I think every parent in America should be able to understand why it is absolutely imperative that we investigate every aspect of this,? Obama said. ?All of us have to do some soul searching to figure out how does something like this happen.?

?Obviously, this is a tragedy. I can only imagine what these parents are going through. When I think about this boy, I think about my own kids.?

?I think they are right to expect that all of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves, and we are going to get to the bottom of exactly what happened,? he said.

The New York Times tried to minimize Obama?s obvious politicalization of the case by stating that he avoided ?politically charged specifics about the case.? It mentioned that Republican presidential front-runner Mitt Romney had also talked about the shooting.

Obama?s comments follow an effort to turn the case into a major civil rights battle and cause c?l?bre with opportunists like the Rev. Al Sharpton grabbing the limelight. The Chicago Tribune notes that the case has drawn in many politicians and celebrities, many complaining that ?the wheels of justice are moving too slowly? and that the suspect in the case should be immediately arrested and locked up.

The case is shaping up into a major civil rights issue with the NAACP, Urban League, and a host of black elected officials calling for the suspect, George Zimmerman, to be arrested.

Sharpton and the civil rights careerists, however, rarely if ever mention the facts when it comes to supposedly racially motivated crime.

According to FBI statistics, more than 1,600 whites are murdered by blacks each year, a rate that is 18 times the rate of white people killing blacks.

?Blacks are three times more likely to use a hand gun, and twice more likely to use a knife,? he adds. ?Hispanics commit three times more violent crimes than whites, but the statistics are nebulous because sometimes they are classified as white, so it could be far higher.?

For Sharpton and the politically correct race-baiters, however, such facts are irrelevant and distract from their victimization agenda and its goal of preferential treatment and a prized place at the government?s confiscated wealth trough.

There are people in communities who devote their lives everyday to trying to end this type of violence. Let's list the names of the other equally tragic deaths hyped over the years...oh yea, nobody remembers their names.

But for each there was temporary outrage, marches led by the usual suspects, riots and ribbons and daily news coverage.
