I'm currently attending a class that deals with Tribal Casinos as well as Homeland Security. (double whammy)

Check out Foxwoods for example:

They make more than a BILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000,000.00) a year.
About 80% of that is from slot machines alone.
That is about Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) a day or
One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) an hour.

Unbelieveable.

Each Tribe member brings home 10,000 a month.
Tax Free of course.

Think you'll see the Tribal Casino popularity fizzle out sometime soon?
Not on your life.
It doesn't take much of a Tribe to open a casino. There is one in particular that only has 12 tribal members.

Before opening a casino a vast majority of these reservation areas or no better than 3rd world countries. It's staggaring
what little casino revenue can do for a town. Wowser.

Nevada Casinos bring in an estimated 9.2 billion, 3 of which come from Californians. Are the Tribal Casinos having an impact on Vegas. You bet your sister undies.

Still Steve Wynn believes his 2 billion dollar Le Rive will thrive in Vegas.

Stations Casinos are fixin to open up Thunder Valley in Cali and just annouced they also will being building one around San Diego.

Barstow has one in the works that is due to open by 2005.

re: Homeland Security

re: Homeland Security

Homeland Security is the "new" 2nd amendment.

It used to be load your musket & when you see a red coat (and they are very near) blast away.
Cause America can't protect you.

Now its color coded levels of threat
(that are merely: " ya know what I heard")
change level to higher status.
Still America can't protect us. Will they ever ? No.
We have to protect ourselves just as we always have done.

Orange means more Overtime for me

Red means put your head between you legs & pray.

Blowing up an electrical plant would knock out more than our hairdryers & Tele Tv screens. You would have no water. None to drink, flush your toilet etc....
Yes it would be wise to keep a weeks supply of food & water batteries etc... If you think not your a fool.
Trade in your Walmart duct tape & plastic sheeting.

There is no way in hell to protect our vast coastlines.
Anyone is allowed into our country. They can buy anything both legal & illegal.
Fertilizer for example which we all know is extremely dangerous can be purchased at will, even after the Oklahoma City bombing. Not that we should card everyone buying it.

The speaker touched on things like:
Off the NJ coast was a tanker & that its cargo was leaking high doses of radiation. Navy Seals took over said vessel & sank the cargo into the ocean (presumably far far away).

Vegas was/is a target for terrorism. Imagine if you will, attending a boxing event a Ceasars Palace & someone actually driving a van or truck under said event (it can be done) loaded with fertilizer. I'm talking thousands of people will perish.
In Vegas (we all know all the pilots of 9-11 were in Vegas) one of them actually rented a Cessna & flew over the Strip.
Yet do we qualify for the lions share of funding ? No.
Not even a sheeps share.
Unfrickenbelieveable

Do I work on the Strip ? No.
Have I ? Yes.
Will I again ? F@#K No.
If something happens in Vegas it will certainly be on the Strip or out of town at the Hoover Dam.
No doubt.

I use to go to seminole indian casino in tampa and the place looked and smelled like a chit hole wharehouse. The walls in the poker room were always brown from the smoke and the food was horrible. The casino is guarenteed a win every night with all slot machines that are not regulated so they pay out once a week whenever they felt like it . Also, the poker room had tournaments and it was nothing but positive money and not to mention the humongous bingo hall. The casino does not have blackjack or craps or any house games so there is no way they can ever take a lost. Not to mention since they were the only game in town , the customer service was horrible. They seemed like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. No Mr. Kane , no comps or free chit, just see ya loser or get lost bud.

Currently, they are building a big beautiful Seminole Hardrock Casino with a real bar and hotels and even restruants. At least my money went to a good cause:thefinger :thefinger

Now

Now

today we learn via newspaper, that within the next 2 years a "major" terrorist act will happen in the US.
They're talking like a major sporting event or massive hotel
(MGM, bellagio etc...) Were talking 1000's.

Since they already hit the "working class" with 9-11 they now believe it will be something "fun"
Anything that will take the "fun" out of America.

For instance let's take the MGM. At any one time there may be scores of people from ALL walks of life. Brought in by.....
"Come to Vegas , have a blast , feel at ease"

Kablaamm. (there's your blast)

How will it happen ? Explosion, Implosion, Chemical etc....

Will it happen ? You bet your "sweet bippy" it wil

Why ? We all know that answer.

Where or When are the question we all would love the answer to.

When I lived in Rhode Island, Foxwoods started small. No hotels, just gambling. When I left, the area quadrupled in size and hotels popped up faster than a kid with acne!!!!!

They said they made millions a day in slots. UNREAL!!!!!
