Troy State - Value Play

From a purely technical perspective Troy State looks like value. On sprtsbk only 13% of the investing public is taking them, with 87% going for South Carolina. The big public favs have not done real well today, with the four resulted games with 80% or greater bias having the dog cover 4 times (yeah, the public went 0-4 on those games).
Just something to think about, not the lock of the year or anything.

Yeah I realized I posted late, sorry, AND Im bumping my own thread , but Troy State is now 13-24, well within parameters. I added more at the half.
I have no knowledge of either of these teams, the players, or anything else. This is a pure technical play.
