How am I a bigot for referring to a 2009 Sumpre Court case where 19 New Haven fire fighters that were Hispanic and White were not given promotions because Sotomayer as Disctrict Court Judge threw out the test results since none of the black firefights could pass the test. She decided the test was not fair since only Hispanices and Whites could pass it.
Supreme Court ruled against her decision and even Democrats in Congress thought she was wrong.
I just hope Ginsburg follows through and on her promise to move to New Zealand and Trump gets
Cruz and another conservative on the bench.
I also can't wait for Dems to squeal when Republicans use reconciation 3 times to get Obamacare, Immigration reform &Trump's budget rammed through not having to get 61 votes.
8 years of Trump and then 8 yards of Pence will be ok with me.
