Boston should at least give a better effort. Their hitters have fared well vs. Pavano. Clement first time through American League. Has had marginal success against the yanks bats he's faced. I just think the price is right for the sox around the +150 range.
If I was a play of month or year, or decade guy I'd give serious consideration to the over in the cubs/az game. instead, ill just label it a game i really like. Maddux perenially blows early. Ortiz has gotten clobbered by the cubs batters. AZ tried to save the bullpen by making Halsey go 4 meaningless innings, but still depleted. If I lose this bet and it isn't even close, I should consider going to work at taco bell.
California Angels (i will never say los angeles). Home opener. Fat man in a little uniform on the mound. If he gets out of inning 1, he should cruise. Interesting to see how K-Rod does in the closing role. Won't lay the -180, but - 1 -126 is worth a shot.
I would stay away from Santana today, but that's just me.
