I've been almost exclusively on dogs so far but like this short road chalk quite a bit. Not a card that I am finding much so far. Leaning towards Rutgers -11' as Cleveland State is God awful but then I remember that this is Rutgers. Passing for now on that one

Hard for me to answer, but yeah I'd go up to -4. I do almost all of my capping of a card the night before in an attempt to spot a weak number and stay ahead of the moves. Most games, I achieve that goal but sometimes not. If it were my call, I'd still bet them at 3' but cut the play back to a half unit. Much more confident at -2.
