Well, if we can get some breaks with the ump selection tonight we might win a couple.

First of all I really like Tor tonight. Besides all the obvious like being at home, having owned Sea in the past and Hallaway being one of Tor best etc, the thing that I like best is that 6 on Tor roster are hitting above 333 against Baldwin and 6 are have a 600 or better slugging per centage. On the other hand Sea only has 3 above 333 against Hallaway and 2 with above 600 spc. i don't count the 1 time batters.

Ray, if we can get a decent draw on the ump your Det over looks great. Tex has 12 or the roster above 333 against Sparks, 7 regulars. Parks on the other hand is sporting an impressive 7.08 era of his own. Four Det players are hitting over 333 against him.

Tor - 105
Tx o 9'

Trying to justify SF, Balt and some totals.

Was all set to play the Over in the Detroit game early this morning, but decided to stay away just from the recent performances by Sparks....had some very good starts recently and this could be a big reason:

The main reason for Sparks' recent rebound could be a conversation that he had with fellow knuckleballer Tim Wakefield when the club was in Boston. Wakefield reminded Sparks to keep his wrist more stiff during his delivery. Because Sparks hadn't been doing that, his knuckleball didn't have its customary snap or bite. (Reid Creager/TSN

Sparks has 21 total strikeouts in his last 3 games(after that talk in Boston) and only had 20 total in the 10 games prior to those.

Of course, the Texas players still had pretty good numbers vs him in previous years, plus you have a couple shaky pens.....but the above Sparks situation was enough for me to lay off.

Good luck today gsp.

Kulpa in Balt is enough for me.

Tor
Det o 9'
Balt +130

Had to hope on the others. Just give an over ump in Det now.

Well I got lucky and unlucky on the umps. The lucky part is that I go Schrieber in Tor and he should go for the fav. The unlucky is West in Det. One of the top under umps at 13-5. Hopefully he will try to equalize his record a little bit tonight. Kulpa is a solid dog ump that went with the fav last time out so I feel pretty good on that one.

I always go with action and Balt was based on kulpa not the pitchers. If you noticed, when I posted my plays I mentioned Kulpa because the minute I knew he was in Balt it was a go.
