just recd a note from building management informing me that there is supposed to be a law against throwing things out of the window .. funny .. u would think people like free stuff .. i wrote a note back that this is discrimination .. if i throw a bottle or toilet down the window .. lots of complains .. when i throw $10 bills outside the window more people come below my window than when there is a fire ..
