1 unit bet pays 6.78 ....betdsi line ... evening parlay to be posted later

Another day with only 1 afternoon game, so I hunted up a good soccer and a beaver ball bets to parlay it with -- well, it worked out yesterday!...In the past I've found winning snooker, euro women's handball championship games, and euro tennis matchups! Not win all the time, but only have to win it 25% or so of the time (on the average for these 3 teamers) to make money in the long run.... Noon Eastern Standard Time is 6pm Central European Summer Time

No matter what happens, gonna be hard for Duisburg to save themselves from Relegationshinspiel, but die W?rzburger Kickers need a draw and to keep the goals under 2.5, and we see defense with these clubs anyway, as first match was 2-0.....Atlanta Dream are playing very well now, and Liberty gets it's wins by defense and physical play...

MLB parlays: 5-41, -3.29 units (risk 1 unit each pick)... winner #1 posted here......winner #2 posted here....winner #3 and nice winner #4... and small reduced winner #5

Goood luck everyone!! :firing: :toast:

ripped, cut and pasted, otherwise written by others, from across the internets:

De La Rosa posted a 10.18 ERA in five starts, made it beyond five innings once, and was nowhere near his best form before the Rockies placed him on the 15-day DL with a left groin injury. On Thursday, in his third injury rehab start at Triple-A Albuquerque, De La Rosa threw 94 pitches in seven innings and displayed the fastball usage and efficiency that had been missing. "All game, I threw a lot of strikes and went to the seventh," De La Rosa said after throwing a side session at PNC Park on Saturday. "The fastball wasn't the only thing I was working on. I was working on a lot of things."

It's only two starts, but it feels like we're out of the woods with David Price. A mechanical fix suggested by Dustin Pedroia has yielded immediate results with just three earned runs allowed in 14 innings along with 17 strikeouts and two walks. Additionally, the Rockies have started their yearly decline in road performance, especially against lefties. They can usually hold up on the road through April before the Coors Effect starts to take hold. They posted a 1.014 OPS against lefties on the road in April, but they've sunk to .219 in May.

Alright, I think it's time to talk about Julio Teheran in my best Julie Andrews voice after he went 7.2 IP, 0 ER, 5 Hits, 0 BBs, 3 Ks last night. He now holds a 1.15 ERA, 7.62 K/9, and 2.08 BB/9 across his last six starts, which warrants some discussion. It's really hard not to see that as a Top 60 guy if not higher, but I'm going to tell you that it ain't gonna last. Sure, start Teheran as he's hot, but even across these great starts he's getting super lucky. Despite holding a 10% career HR/FB rate, he's allowed just 2.4% in those starts, resulting in a monstrous 4.10 xFIP. Then he has a .252 BABIP despite near 30% hard contact and sub 20% soft contact, a 85.9% LOB rate, while having two great strikeout starts (9 and 8 Ks) mixed with four really mediocre ones (3, 3, 5, 5). I will note that he hasn't faced the softest of teams in this span and we could be looking at a decent guy through the year moving forward, I just won't go nuts about it.

Teheran has posted a 1.15 ERA over his past six starts and in the process proved he still is capable of being a solid rotation asset. His slider has been more effective recently, and he's generating late life with his four-seam fastball.

Jimmy Nelson - 7.1 IP, 0 ER, 5 Hits, 4 BBs, 5 Ks. I wish I could be more impressed with his 3.07 ERA, but it's supported by a 4.40 SIERA as he's walking 3.53 per 9. The strikeout upside isn't really there either with just a 7.06 K/9 and he's struck out more than six just once all season. Let's just hope Jimmy stops slippin'.

After posting a 4.11 ERA in 30 starts last year, Nelson seems to have taken a significant step forward. The 26-year-old has changed his approach and solved the majority of his problems against left-handed batters, previously a big weakness. Nelson now holds a 3.07 ERA, a 1.18 WHIP and 46 strikeouts in 58 2/3 innings. Although he still struggles with his control from time to time
