Just one tidbit on this game -- Utah has gone under the 1st half total in 14 straight games. I've been tracking 1st and 2nd halves all season. Oddsmakers have been forced to make some interesting adjustments for Utah. For most NBA games, the 1st half total is slightly more than half the game total. In Utah's case, lately it has been 2-3 points lower than the norm.
And then when the 2nd half total gets posted, it instantly shoots up (partly due to Utah being notorious for late game foul parades until the bitter end). In fact, some paranoid books are now waiting a couple extra minutes before posting a Utah 2nd half total, waiting for the number to stabilize.
