1-1 yesterday on a couple of Under plays for +0.9 units.

Season Overall 41-32-2 (+8.7 units)

Favs 14-15-1 (-1.75 units)
Dogs 10-7 (+3.85 units)
Overs 8-3-1 (+4.4 units)
Unders 9-7 (+2.2 units)

Today?s Plays:

Ga. Tech +10.5 ? 1 unit ? Indiana definitely the more talented team and will get the win. I just think this is a big number for them to cover given Tech has had a week to prepare for the Hoosiers. Hewitt will have his team ready to play in the hostile environment. Also I think IU may continue to struggle to shoot well against good competition as shown by their game against Xavier.

N. Iowa Pick ? 2 units ? I haven?t heard confirmation, but it looks like the Cyclones' Johnson may miss another. Even if he does go, he hasn?t played in any of their games, so I don?t expect him to log many minutes. Without him, Iowa State has struggled on the boards and to have an inside presence as experienced in their losses to average clubs in Minny and Bradley. I look for Eglesder to have a big game for the Panthers as they get their first W in Ames since 1997.

Colorado -3.5 ? 2 units ? I expect this one to be an ugly game. Want to see what the posted Total is for this one. Anyway, Denver shot lights out to get the W against Wyoming, and I don?t foresee that happening again. Colorado is going to struggle (again) this year, but they can cover this small number.

N. Mexico State UPDATED: +7.5 ? 2 units ? this number looks off to me, so I?m a bit suspicious. New Mexico State?s tough non-conf slate pays off in this one as I think they should be able to win SU here. The fact they just got back from a tourney in NJ is the only thing working against them in my mind. - Seems like this line is growing, will wait to make the bet. - grabbing it at 7.5 now.

UC Santa Barbara -3 ? 2 units ? UNLV has shot the ball terribly despite racking up a 4-1 early season record. Santa Barbara gets back Devine tonight too. They can easily cover this small # at home.

Will likely have some Total plays later. GL guys

Johnson is expected to play for Iowa State it appears. It's still his first game of the season sitting out the first four w/ a bone bruise in his foot. I'm sticking w/ my pick of N. Iowa though.

Poon..

My roomate is on the UNLV basketball team and he has said the same thing. Shooting is bad and their wins have come against some pretty bad teams.

Good luck with your plays tonight..

Sleasy, thanks for that. Looking at UNLV's schedule so far, I'm not too impressed with any of their wins. I think they get exposed against a very good team tonight.

Couple of total plays:

Stanford/Sacramento State Under 143 ? 1 unit ? I don?t foresee this game getting into the 140?s based upon how much of a blowout it should be.

FSU/Minnesota Under 136.5 ? 1 unit ? this total has really jumped and I have no idea why. Both teams play decent defense. I think Minnesota will play a slow-down game to keep FSU from running away.

5-1-1 tonight for +4.8 units. Close games all around tonight. Lost on N. Mexico State by a ?, barely won my two unders, and UC Santa Barbara almost had enough to pull out the late cover, but got a push. Wish I would have been around to see a half time line on that as I would have pounded whatever they were laying.

Updated record:

Season Overall 46-33-3 (+13.5 units)

Favs 16-15-2 (+2.25 units)
Dogs 11-8 (+2.65 units)
Overs 8-3-1 (+4.4 units)
Unders 11-7 (+4.2 units)
