Season Overall 81-61-5 (+24.8 units)

Favs 27-23-2 (+7.05 units)
Dogs 23-19-2 (+4.45 units)
Overs 12-8-1 (+1.5 units)
Unders 19-11 (+11.8 units)

Today's Plays:

Louisiana-Lafayette +13 push? 1 unit ? this line may go higher so I?m going to wait a bit to see if it creeps up. The Cajuns are a very young team, and are going against a very experienced UCF squad. However, I think the talent levels of these two teams are closer than this spread indicates. UL-L has had a week and a half off to prepare for this game and are hungry for something to help them build before conference play starts. UCF has a size advantage, but they aren?t very deep. Despite the Cajuns allowing opponents to shoot better than 50% from the floor, they can create some turnovers with their D and think they will do that tonight and help them stay within this #.

Bradley -2 WIN? 2 units ? I was first surprised as I thought Wright would be a slight favorite. As I dug into the game further though, I found I really like Bradley in this spot, even if it is on the road. I think they matchup very well against Wright State. Both teams play a guard heavy lineup. Bradley has the size advantage in this one, though many of their big guys are unproven to this point, I think they will fare well against a small Wright St. club. Wright St. likely to have a bit of a hangover after upsetting Butler at home last Saturday. Bradley has had basically a week off from their close loss to Mich. State last week.

Valpo -11.5 loss? 2 units ? Loop has a great write-up about this game. A little more about that game last year, Evansville all-conference forward Matt Webster completely man-handled Valpo putting up 30 pts. himself. Two seldom used big guys for Valpo fouled out guarding Webster and Evansville center Strickland. Those two guys played a total of 16 minutes but earned 10 fouls! Valpo star forward Igbavboa had 4 fouls himself. Do you now see why Webster had 30? Half his points came at the foul-line! Anyway, I expect it to be a different game as Evansville doesn?t have as much of an inside presence this year. Drew has a good Valpo team, which shoots well and gets contributions from several players, which is exactly what he wants out of his team. Big win here.

Will see if there are any totals I like later. GL guys.

Like the La-Laf play.

My numbers have Bradley as a play but right at 2. As long as they can keep knocking down threes they should have no problem.

1-1-1 today for -0.2 units. Actually had the makings of a bad sweep. Bradley and ULL got late pushes in the 2H to cover and push respectively (Brad actually went to OT).

Season Overall 82-62-6 (+24.6 units)
