For the Blue Jays, Gustavo Chacin makes his first start since May 10 this evening. The young left-hander has spent the last three weeks on the disabled list with a strained elbow and forearm.

The 25-year-old Venezuelan is 4-0 in five home starts this season and 5-1 overall for the year. One of those wins came at the expense of the Red Sox, when Chacin gave up three runs and five hits over five innings April 12 at Fenway.

Chacin, in fact, has never lost to Boston in four career starts, posting a 2-0 record despite a 5.49 ERA. He has allowed 30 hits in 19 2/3 total innings against the Red Sox, however.
