A very peculiar stat is that Mont has never lost a game with Drake behind the plate (5-0), albeit all 5 were road games for Mont.

:topic: Sashi, I put up a little post in the Box a few days ago under IE's thread about the Kings. I hope Taylor will be able to sign Lucky so he can end his career in LA. After all, he basically IS the LAKings for the last 15 years. I still have a poster of him up in my room at my folks house in LA. He got buried in Detroit last season, and I think he's got a couple of good years left in him. There're rumors that Selanne might end up in SoCal, I hope it's the Ducks, because I don't think he's a good fit with the Kings. Taylor has said that they're gonna acquire another top6 winger in the off-season before all is said and done, so we're gonna have 2 real good scoring lines for next season. I've never been a Stumple fan, but I think it's a great trade since he's been here before and he'll likely play with Lucky or Ziggy on the 2nd line, who he's already played with. There were too much pressure on Stumple in LA being the 1st line center. I think he'll excel as a 2nd liner. Anyways, if Deadmarsh comes back healthy (Allison reportedly is already 100%), we're gonna be a force to reckon with.

plus it was a great deal to get stumpy by taylor...he might not hit often has ppl like but he will go to the corners & fight for the puck unlike others...plus taylor took some nice picks at the draft ... Boyle IS HUGE, he will make an impact in 3-4 years...i believe Tambellini was a steal i had hoped the nucks would have grabbed him but they always draft like shit so i wasn't surprised
