It took awhile but we are back in the positive numbers. 3 winning days in a row and I don't plan on stopping.
Ytd 69-64-4 (+1.7 units)
Pabst Blue Ribbon Plays are 8-3 (+18.9 units)

ETSU -13.5 Is a PBR PLAY
5 units
Vmi will get run out of the building by halftime. Etsu has 4 starters off a team that one 18 ball games last year 11 of which were in conference. They are coming off a loss on the road to furman which should have them fired up. Vmi has noone who can score while etsu has 4 legitimate options. Big power rating edge here. Vmi just playing out the string from here on out. This is also vmi's 3rd road game in a row. When these two met in Virginia on January 18th vmi led by as many as 7 in the second half before falling to etsu by 5. I think this helps etsu from overlooking vmi and coming out flat.

More later

Alot of good cappers in here are on GW. I hate to lay wood third road game in a row, but I can not see a way for gw to even be in this game. Gw playing with 3 freshman in there starting 5 have so much less talent than Xavier it is scary. If I told you what my Power rankings had for this game you would tell me I'm crazy.
I would really pound this game if xavier wasn't playing it's 3rd straight on the road. none the less I have to play it.

Xavier - 8 ( with local who uses ny daily news lines)
2.5 units

Smash... like the Xavier play... though most of GW's losses have been in single digits.. the St. Joe's win saved face and they got their first A-10 victory, but they'll be back in the doghouse tonight. Unless they make more freethrows than Xavier attempts (as they did v. St. Joe, but which shouldn't happen with West & co. inside for the muskies), this should be an easy one for X.

It's only money, right?

Agree on the Shockers

Wichita State is a great cover team at home and should come back nicely after a big loss against SI.

Good Luck to you as well

Looks like nothing is going to be easy tonight gang. Apparently Pitt is going to conyinue underachieving throughout this year. They are a team in need of an attitude adjustment. A coach to pull a few strings instead of stroke their egos.
What Calhoun would get out of this team is just scary to think about.

Pabst Blue Ribbons now 9-3. This looks like a pretty decent night. Never pulled the trigger on Texas. Good luck in the rest of your plays.
Back tomorrow. My goal at the start of the season was to win 25 units by Tourney time. Hopefully we can accomplish that. Usually February is a very tough month. The dog days of college basketball. So far it is pretty chalk heavy.
