this game was lost in the first 2:00.
im still trying to figure out why amstutz didnt receive the opening kickoff.
bg is one of the fastest starting teams in the country. what the hell is he trying to be a hero for by deferring and throwing his defense out there to open the game? bg hasnt played from behind in about 2 months. why let em put 7 on the board to feel confident on the road? and then of course the ensuing kickoff toledo fumbles and its 14-0 before gradkowski touches the ball
this game started ominously for toledo and thats enough for me. no sense in trying to guess what'll happen in the 2h.
rockets let this one get away before gradkowski touched the ball, and thats frustrating.
