Me and whoever is moving the line down in this one.

Good spot to catch the Cubs napping IMO.

They have some big series on deck with SF, SD, and LA. They just shot their load with a come from behind (the only way Cubs fans will take it, sorry KDogg) victory and a day off to purchase playoff tik's. All is good in Cubdome! The great Sosa is already being quoted in the media. Old boy don't like anyone talking his camera time away LOL. Last year Wood had an era under 3 against the Rockies but hasn't done as well against them lifetime. He can get shelled as fast as Colorado's Fasero here but the Cubs will be playing the 1st game in the altitude and the Rocks have been playing better of late (albiet agains the D-Backs) with the return of some of their bats. Wood has been known to give up runs in the "big inning" of games that has cost him. Fasero hasn't done well agains the Cubs over the last year and a half but has done well lifetime. This extreme left handed junk baller may not be what the Cubs "swinging off their heals" offense wants to see. You know Sammy and bats will be looking to crush the ball here in Coors. I'm thinking let down against a team that has started it's season over and is positive right now.

$100 on Colorado +$140 (may get better with my local)(did get better +150)

GL Jackers :)

Under White Sox/KC

As BBC has stated in the past what every Sox fan knows, they don't do very well against pitchers that they have never seen before. I also think Ozzie will use some of his "Spanish persuasiveness" on their new big man pitcher. Contreras may find things in Chi-town much more laid back than the bright lights of NY. Garcia and Valentine will ask Joey Cora to bring some down home cooking so all the Spanish guys can get relaxed for this one. No history here for either pitcher against the opposing team which should help. I'm sure Contreras knows he doesn't have Jeter and Co bats in this one so it would behoove him to throw a good game 1st time out here in the white and black.

Risking $120 to win $100 on Under the White Sox/KC (9-)
