2004: 53-37-2

Tough loss in Miami by a point yesterday....3 foul shots and a tech in the last second of the 3rd will do that!

Jumping on this one early...think it rises a point or 2 yet.

Dallas -10.5

League: 25-2 SU (av. win 14.9) home 10+ fav, 1 day off any ats win as away 5+ fav. [Dallas]
7-1-1 (Av. win 22.2!!!) if opp off ats win.
9-3-1 (Av. win 15.9) home 10+ fav, 1 day off 10+ ats win as any away fav.

League: 3-15 SU (Av. loss 11.8) away 10+ dog, no rest off 10- ats win as away 10+ dog. [Cleve]

Dallas are 10-2 this season as 10-14 point favs...Why? because Mav bench will still play tough...not like SA today.

Good Luck all

Just a thought, would it be a bettor value taken DAL -6.5 for the 1HF than -12.5 (current game line) just in case of another backdoor cover by CLEV. As one can see from the SA/CLE game last night SA up by 12 at the haft and the whole game line was 12.5. CLEv got the back door because SA rest their starters...  What your opinion.

Sorry kenman, just got back in.

I actually looked back through my records not long ago, and found pretty much exactly what you are saying.

(just working off the top of my head, but...)...I think out of the last 10 losers I'd had (fav's), something like 7 had covered the HT line!! ...No matter how big the fav was.

Not sure if that's a bit of an anomaly, but definately something to consider.

As I said tho, I don't mind playing Dallas as a big fav, because you know Najera, Daniels, Bradley, Fortson eet al, will all play hard right until the end.

Hopefully today pans out ok for us all....er, except those on Cleveland of course! :D
