not a huge play, but its a dog that i feel will stick around the whole game.
2 units....cleveland state (+11.5) over loyola-chicago
the reasoning behind this one is pretty simple. if rollie gets blown out in the first round of the tourney- he doesnt even need to fly back to cleveland, because his contract will be bought out by the time he gets back to cleveland. theres been talk that maybe the fat man has some good years of coaching left in him, as his team actually showed some heart and had very good showings vs loyola and butler back to back a week ago. the vikings went back to their old ways against detroit on saturday and got handled with ease. but at very worst- csu should show some balls and (while theyll almost certainly lose), id be surprised if its by double digits. also in csu's favor is that the vikings actually got a good first round draw. they played loyola well for 35:00 in chicago a month ago before running out of gas, and then they flat out should have won the rematch in cleveland, but the vikings had no clue how to close a game out, and they ultimately let loyola get out of town with a win. hopefully rollie has one more trick left up his sleeve. if the vikings get ripped a new a$$, his career will likely end on a sour note.
