Let's start out with this one!

MAGIC Under 99 ** DOUBLE PLAY **

After putting up 61 in the 1Q, these two combined for only 46 in the 2nd. I think the pace of the 2nd better reflects this game, and since the line was 199.5, we get to go Under 206 now. I'll take the extra 6 or 7 pts most of the time.

Both shot around 50%, much higher early on, so look for MAGIC to control the pace in 2H of this one. ORL may run, but CLIPS are thin on the bench right now with players just getting off the IL that I don't think they can keep up. Would lean to ORL, but just playing the Under.

HAWKS Under 96 ** DOUBLE PLAY **

NUGGETS can't get it together on the road, and with KMART in some foul trouble, don't know where the inside play is gonna come from. ATL won't run on DENVER very often, so unless both of these offenses hit over 52%, I can't see this one getting near the number.

Closing line 189.5, HT Total is now 202. I'll bite!

Besides, DEN should make a comeback, but don't see it getting so close to worry about OT.

TWOLVES -1.5 ** DOUBLE PLAY **

KG and SPREE have a combined 6 pts at the half! :scared and scarier yet is they still lead. Looks like only CASSELL is out for MINNY so I think they finally get a win here at home. Hard for me to believe NJ can keep those two from getting their pts in 2H of this one. I would lean to the OVER here also, but don't really like the pace this game is being played at with only 7 FB pts so far.

I may get burnt on this play, but this line is ridiculous. Did the bookmakers look and see that ROGER had a 5X play on the OVER and get scared?!?! :scared No way this should be 106 when the closing line was 199 and we already have 111 scored. With that said, here goes:

WIZ KIDS +1 ** DOUBLE PLAY **

WIZARDS have come back strong in many games this year, and with ARENAS only having 8 at the half, I think he'll heat up later on. WASH is also the top OFF REB team in the league, but are currently getting beat on the boards. Look for that to change. This game has been played at HOU pace and I don't see that changing, I just think HOU won't shoot 57% again, or go the whole half with only 4 TO's.

The KINGS are without PEJA, but have only hit 38% compared to 56% for the BULLS. CHI is turning the ball over way too much to be leading by nearly double digits and I think the KINGS make a game of this one later on.

In KINGS game, look for WEBBER to take over down low. He's got 2 pts so far, 1 for 12, but has been crashing the boards with 8 so far. No way he shoots that bad again.... he goes off for 20 or more in 2H of this one.

How did I not know ODOM was not playing for the LAKERS tonite?? Oh well, cost me the FH but the Under for game should come in I hope to gain a split there. Here's what I'm doing in the two late ones:

GST Under 101 ** DOUBLE PLAY **
and a 1 Unit Parlay with

LAKERS -8 & Under 101 to win 2.6

Worse case scenario, I finish the nite about 3 units to the good, but if my hunch is right, UTAH will tire late in this one and KOBE will pull it out for LA. The WARRIORS game is pure numbers, going Under 221 is all.
