'Canes are fielding most veterans tonight (O'Neill, Brind'Amour, Kapanen, Hendican, Ward, Wesley) and Irbe in net, with Pelletier spending some time too. Tampa Bay using third liners Hodson and Konstantinov in net.
Phila's Chechmanek should be in net whole game. He's coming off poor outing, so I expect a bounceback. Primeau will play too, and he's been very good in preseason, and team play well when he does. NYI have no Osgood, Yashin, Bates, Lapointe or Webb in lineup. and first game of preaseason for Islanders.
Vancouver's first home game tonight, and are reuniting top line of Naslund, Morrison and Bertuzzi. Lost to Edmonton few days back and will want to win this one before home fans. Oilers using third string netminders Conkin and Deslauriers (tho they have been good, talk about depth in goalies!)
