Riding 2 good pithers today in Liriano and Greinke.. Greinke was pretty damn good against the Jays in his last outing and had good stuff against the Twins has a bunch of uncharacterstic walks.. Ian Snell for the Mariners can be lit up.
Liriano has been pitching well.. His fastball is in the mid 90s (last year 90 - 91) He is throwing strikes and when he gets ahead of the hitter his slider is one of the best in baseball. Verlander is good but these Twins hittters see him a lot. TIgers have not seen the new and improved Liriano from a year ago. If Liriano is behind in the count we are in deep trouble..
Indians is just a gut play. Talbot can pitch.. Could be a 3 - 2 game..
Giants/Phils OVER. Wind blowing out to left at 20 mph according to the weather report I read.. Moyer and Wellemeyer do nothing for me..

Not the worst of nights but the Royals and Brewers really killed some timers.. Need to remember to bet first 5 innings witht the Royals.. Oh I bet the Lakers Under 194.5 .. Looked great at half and didn't hedge and of course the points are going like a fawking pin ball machine.. OH well..
Looks like Superman is back! Liriano is tougher than hell right now. I am a Twins fan and it is looking like 2006 all over again for Liriano.

Very much. He was definitely the wild card for this team if he stays healthy.. Only thing I do not like is that the rest of the rotation is ordinary, well solid and you need that but I do not know how well they will do in playoff time.. If Oswalt can get it gowing this year I would try to get him.. Maybe they can get someone who can fire the ball to have a good 1 - 2 punch for the playoffs.
