I hope that you all got the easy 10 units selections yesterday with Minnesota +1.5! Here are tonight?s selections:
(5) Chicago +4 -105
Riley's return driving this line a bit and, in my eye, unjustifiably. Riley has taken more of an observation view of the game over his coaching absence and won't give his men any strategic advantage in this early stage of his return. The Heat are on a 1-4 SU & ATS slide and are a mere 4-9 ATS on 1 day of rest. Moreover, Miami is just 2-7 SU & ATS against teams above .500. Meanwhile, the Bulls are coming off of a big momentum win at Washington, where they erased a 14 point deficit for an outright win, and should defend their home court well here.
(7) Golden State +1 +100
The Warriors have gone 7-3 SU in this series and I find value with them here. The defenseless Sonics, who are allowing a generous 102 points-per-game at home, should allow the talented Warriors' cast to routinely create easy scoring opportunities. The Warriors, however, are more disciplined on the defensive end under Montgomery and can make stops in critical times of the game, especially down the stretch. Golden State is solid 24-11 ATS 36 games against poor defensive teams (those allowing 99+ points-per-game). What's more, the Warriors are a sweet 6-1 SU & ATS following a loss and should deliver here.
