wrap up

wrap up

They were just about loaded when I posted that last reply. Here's what I had in this last wace....

2,3 top/bot 1,5,7,9 and 5 bucks to Win on each - 2,3,5, decent enough odds on each.

Zacks were for ONE stinkin dollar (rush job, BTW that last race yesterday somehow I went for $2 and STILL can't figure out why I had that no. 2 hoss. Absolute rush job sure did payoff. (LOL)

today's race wiener, no. 5, was a LOOKER as well as pretty highly rated (quickie analysis) ;)

Prices ain't up yet.

Good week again. Seeya at the next Philly rumble.

Fluckin foots ballers have been irritating me (small parlays, small bets so far cause there ain't much to go by) but starting this coming week, I'll be firing away cause my trusty spreadsheet (took years to make) will be helping me. It should do better and better as I feed it more results as the weeks go by. May post plays in the antithesis (look it up) of this forum.. the MADHOUSE (Footsballer) forum.

Don't know which is worser, this forum

Absolute wrap up for today (Tues)

Absolute wrap up for today (Tues)

After all was said and done I came out a bit of a losah today :( Minus, $24 stinkin dollars.

I blame that TOTALLY on that exacta I pullled from my "Rescue satchel" with that terribly skimpy payoff.

Hello Boys!!!! Looks like ya'll had fun playing the Ponies this afternoon. Just got back from my Local track & have about $200.00 more in my pocket than I did when I left the house!!! :D Hit a couple of Trifectas @ Finger Lakes but NADDA @ PARX. Might have a few selections from The Mount in a bit.

Way to go

Way to go

yes to $1.

GREAT, buying small denomination tickets in multiple combos should be affordable and gives you a chance to profit in this game, er.... IMO!

Finding races that should yield good payoffs is not hard to do, play those.

Finding the right horse/s is the HARD part and unfortunately it all comes down to that. You're gonna win moola if you do and lose moola if ya don't. BUT, esp. with this track, following those first two steps will make the losing much less painful AND if you get on the right hosses.... $$$$$ will show up in a growing bankroll and then you can afford to either up the ante (VERY little) or up the no. of combos you buy.

EDITED; and that doen't mean changing your betting after hitting one good payoff. You gotta make sure that your consistency (percentage wise) of finding wieners is holding up over a reasonable period of time before you "up" anything. Don't worry, if you can overcome those three things (above), those ONE stinkin dollar bets can grow a small bankaroo into a BIG, FAT one.

Now get this - I was in a slump last month and the bankaroo fell to under $100. Right now, it's four hundred sixty and change.. AND -> I made two OVERsized bets in he past two weeks (oversized for ME that is, $10/10/25 across) on TWO different races and BOTH of the bastages ran out of the moola. Grrr! It was actually over $600 several weeks ago. That's what going "LARGE" does for me. Not doing badly with my 1 and 2 dollar exotic bets despite those two blunders.

Just some thoughts to throw out to ya, HM.

Just thought I'd stop by

Just thought I'd stop by

... .. to see who's been around. Apparently, NObody's been around :(, Sheesh!

Got my hopes up for maybe a comment or two because I saw the >1300 VIEWS. Hmm... no such luck. Tellyas, them Robots/zombies REALLY like the stories though and the "words of wisdom" :142smilie. I wonder if ANY of them ever put some moola down on a nag or two? If not, give it a try cause it really is an exciting, fun sport. JUST DON'T LET IT GET INTO YER BLOOD though cause it ain't no fun when you have to lick rocks for nourishment. I've been VERY lucky to be able to control my bet sizes and go on vacations from the game without a problem when the going got too tough.

Speaking ..er. . writing about "licking rocks", are you PLAYERS seeing the exacta prices lately? BAD, BAD news. I don't know what's going on, but if it continues for enough time I'm gonna have to think about a LONG vacation from this game. I've done it before for YEARS at a time even though I always returned.

Guess that's it for now. I'll have to see at least two of the the members around before posting anything cause writing to myself makes no sense and I really prefer writing to folks who are really interested in HOSS WACIN. :)

Four playable races on Sat.

just a quickie reply

just a quickie reply

ok we here. got our attn.

We? Speak for yourself. :mj07:

If you got any good footballers, maybe it's ok to drop one in here while we're "talking" horses? Or ... how bout dropping one in at the Football Place? That's even better and I'll stop in and say "Hello".

Plenty of losers from me with the early season pLicks. Got MOST of it back with an OVERsized wager on San Fran. Thurs. nite; still need all the help I can get with them footballers. OVERsized bets and me just don't get along that well despite it worked Thurs. for me. I DON'T want to get in the habit of making those kind of bets. :00x4

I finally got the ole SpreadSheet going and hope it can produce for me with them ballers.

Think I'll head on over to Jack's MADhouse forum and post it's first shot at hitting some of them college dudes.

Don't know about stopping in this forum tomorrow though; the MADhouse just may spoil me. :)

G.L., HM, MadJackers, etc.

for starters - SAT

for starters - SAT

For Hogman and the 1540 others whose attention I got. :mj07:

BTW, make that 3 playable races cause the 1st race WAS playable till I did the no. crunching and came up with the 2 favorites and forget that in such a short field.

2nd race, sorry, PLENTY of combos means PLENTY of "coins". ....

trifectas : 2,6,7/5/ALL .. AND .. 5/2,6,7/ALL. It is a stetch cause that no. 5 doesn't look so hot on paper; but I got a hunch on that one. SIDE play is on exactas, 2 top/bot 6,7.

Posting that one for now cause I don't know if I'll be back again today?

G.L with them footsballers, got me some of them today. :)
