Not playing anything big today as these are crap games where motivation is questioned in a number of NIT games. Still going with 9 plays total!
Western Kentucky -2.5 (-120) for 3* vs. Miss Valley State - WKU plays in a MUCH better conference and think they'll be more inspired to win this game plus Hilltoppers are the much better team.
Iona ML +120 for 3* vs. BYU - The Gaels are the team everyone was slamming for making the tourney and I believe they'll come with a chip on their shoulder and beat a team In BYU which is bigger, but has inferior athletes at most positions.
UMass +7 for 2.5* @ Miss State - Bulldogs have been brutal down the stretch and think the Minutemen will come hungrier for this game on National TV. Still tough game to figure since Miss State has the 2 best players on the court IMO in Moultrie and Bost.
Dayton +5 (-120) for 2.5* @ Iowa - Dangerous to go against Hawkeyes in Iowa City, but Flyers really playing well down the stretch and believe they'll hang close and maybe pull off the SU win.
Vols -13.5 for 2.5* vs. Savannah State - Savannah State's scores from their non-conference were brutal and I have to believe the Vols will crush this team by 20+...
Akron +7 (-120) for 2.5* @ Northwestern - This Zips team bugs me because of their lack of intensity at times. However, I just don't see how Northwestern isn't feeling a little sorry for themselves after pissing away a NCAA berth.
LSU +7 @ Oregon - Ducks have been so tough at home, but still backing Tigers in this spot. If nothing else, LSU has the better athletes IMO and should keep this game close.
UDub -9 for 2.5* vs. UT-Arlington - LONG trip for UTA and a late game as well. Hoping Washington is pissed for not making the tourney and crushes this team.
Cleveland State +7 for 2.5* - Stanford was just so average most of the year and I'll take my chances fading Pathetic 12 in the right spots this post season. I hope this is one of those spots.
