There is an app called Forum Runner. You have to pay for the useful version. But if you subscribe to a thread on it, you get an email and a push notification. It's the best way to get updated instantly.

Holy shit balls man. Are the text delayed or immediate? Just curious if it's worth it because if I don't get the push immediately then it would be worthless...
I get push notifications from work and there's always about a half hour delay with those things.

Immediate. The only annoying part is that you have to go back into the app in order to get the next email. So after every post you have to open the app.
