Question...
Do any of you guys ever bet over 1h and under game for the same NBA game before it begins, possibly with varying amounts?
A friend of mine who destroys college football will occasionally bet under 1h and over game. I found it strange, and I asked him his logic. He told me that he thinks (for certain games) that he has a better chance of sweeping than being swept. He might bet under 1h for 40% of his game over bet.
In the NBA, if he has an over opinion he generally bets over 1h, and if he has an under opinion he generally bets the entire game under.
I just wonder if there are spots in the NBA, such as when a team is at the end of a long road trip, when the first half they will have more legs and more often go over, but fade a TON in the 2h causing the entire game to go under. Perhaps a bet of over 1h 40% of the game under bet would be a good bet, in addition to the game under. If the 1h happens to go under, then you lose 40% bet but most likely will win the game under since the 1h went under, but also because you expected the road team to fade anyway.
Any thoughts?
