Iowa (-9) over No. Iowa - No. Iowa a solid team with talent. An in state game that means a lot to these teams. HOWEVER defensively the hawkeyes average about 4 more steals per game and 4 more blocks. Plus Iowa is battle tested against some very strong teams. A little revenge about last seasons loss might be enough to spark the hawkeyes tonight. This should be a good game, but IMO Iowa at home should hit some Free ones at the end to seal it.
Gonzaga (-7) over Washington St - WSU does not have a lot of offensive fire power. As their record reflects they do play better at home. But heads might be a little down after losing 29-81 against Okla St! Off a three game road trip a little home cooking will be good for Washington St but all in all they should have their hands full with the Zags. A hard fought game against UMass should have the Zags focused for this game.
Texas (-22.5) over North Texas
Texas @ home has the BIG advantage in height! Rebounding and second chance points favor the horns. AT HOME the long horns have not WON BY LESS THAN 25. See no difference tonight. No. Tex is a quick team, that likes to pressure but they do not have the inside game and they do not shoot well enough to play with the longhorns.
