2 to ponder...

1. ISLE'S -.5 vs. Phoenix. [3 units]

With this game Phoenix has played 7 of 10 on the road, and this is BB games, losing 2-3 to Rangers last night. They go to PHY on Thursday, which is 5 games within 7 nights. Only game last year was at PHO, winning 6-1. Isles will have home ice, be rested, and be ready to play after last games 2-6 loss to PHY. Lean to OVER here, due to tiredness of PHO, and last years score....

2. PHLYERS -5 vs. Ottawa [3 units]
Can anyone say "payback time?" Ottawa is 4-0 vs. PHY last 4, but that was last years playoffs, and this PHY team is a new and improved version of last years team. 3rd roadie in a row for Sens, who play BB tomorrow at PIT. PHY is winner of 3 of 4, last a 6-2 thumping of ISLES on Sat. PHY is tied #1 offense with 4.0 gpg. Sens #2 in D with 2.0 gaa. Something has gotta give.
PHY 5 - OTT 2

LEAN to the OVER in this game also. All 5 games in the play-offs LY were 3 goals total or less, and only 3 games of last 10, going back to March 01, have had 5 goals or more. Do you go with or against this trend??? I pass, but think PHY will be well motivated in this spot to run up the score if they can...

Good luck with whatever you play...

3. Les Habitants -.5 vs. ANA

Anaheim's 4th straight on the road[0-2-1] and play at Boston on Thursday, meaning they will have played 5 games Thurdsay to Thursday. The last win for Ducks at MOntreal was in MArch of 1998. Like the Candiens in this spot.

See the write-up in the other thread relating to this game.

GUTLESSWONDERS  Islanders blow the 2-0 lead. Reminds me of the GUTLESS WONDERS  JETS, blowing a 21-6 lead at half-time last Sunday...Would have had a fairly nice night, but for that game...
