Brown hasn't started a game in a month, I've been winning with Estes all season
Devil Rays +310
Worth a shot, Sturtze was as good as Pedro last week. This game will come down to the relief staff, both of which are tired and not that good. BOS isn't going to sweep all 17 from TB they have to lose one sometime.
