I have a big play on the hapless Brew Crew tonight. With Sheets taking the mound, and the Brewer bats finding some power lately, I give them an above average shot at beating Dempster. Since they are a "pick" right now, I have to make a stand. The Brewers can pull this one off with a 4-5 run effort.

The Phillies head to Coor's Field to beat up on the Rockies tonight. Never one to pass up the favorite on the runline in that place, I will take 'em!

San Diego is getting decent value at +125
The cubs continue to prove that they are for real, but this should be a low scoring game with Lieber and Lawrence pitching. San Diego has a bad record at home, but I still see value in a +125

Montreal heads to Arizona to play the Snakes. Schilling has been touched, and isn't the value he is posted at tonight. (-250) I like this Munoz kid the Expos have, and his 2.55 era. He only gets to toss 6 innings the way he is being handled by the coach, but tonight, maybe they will let him go another inning deeper if he's still on.
At +220, I have to take a stab at this game.

Cincy and LA bring big bats, and bad pitching to the game tonight. Both pitchers with 5+ &6+ era's, and teams knocking the shit out of the ball the past week. Gotta lay some extra jack on the over, but it will be well worth it!

The AL has nothing for me tonight.
