Got online early today so I can start off with the "blah, blah, blah" for the first race.

One "off the wall" comment -> get this, in my latest post (yesterday), "Spot Plicks", that a was pretty good post AND if I added what I intended to post for yesterday's last race woulda made it a very nice post.
Now, the good post got 26 Peepers and my previous post with "FLUCKIN" in the title got 275 views. I'll stop here, but that sez a HELL of a lot about the Peepers, UGH!

Mostly just thoughts here for this one and a few of us (hoss players) know that ANY dang thang can happen in this sport/game -

FIRST RACE: Looks like this is a 3 hoss wace and no need to figure a thing out. Even more so due to the no. 1 scratch. Thems are the 5,6,7. What to do, I'm thinking SKIP IT. IF not, if you're a bet 3 player - maybe pick one or two of them for the opening leg.
OR, risk-takers could go WAY out on a limb and key the no. 4 hoss with 5,6,7 and hope to collect a Philly style zackta. That there no. 4 nag has got to look PRETTY DANG GOOD on the twack and if so, I may take a shot at the ONE STINKIN DOLLAR zacks.
"Bet small/Win big" at this wace twack.".

I gotta do some figuring now and may get back here later.

When I was here, I coulda swore it was plenty of time before the first race. I open up Twin Spires and see the freakin 3RD race hosses on the track. Tellya, maybe I am starting to lose it.

Well, when you live in the same house for over 25 yrs. and you gotta take a whiz (pee) and go and open the GARAGE door instead of the bathroom door... YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. :0039 AND that's even if the bathroom door is next to the garage door.

BTW, that was a very good payout on the no. 6 winner. Finish was 6-7-4. That woulda been another typical result for me if I did go with the zackta bit. You know... . . another ASS burner. :00x5

We're getting into the late races and these are most important for me. Gotts do some serious capping/figuring and may not make it back to the Peepers.

EDITED: First and 3rd, 3-2-6. Been there PLENTY of times. At least it wasn't an ass-burner cause the 6 wasn't even close to getting the place spot.

8th results

$17 worth of tickets got me a bag without even ONE STINKIN peanut in the dang thang. Finish was 7-2-4 and OF COURSE one of them was a 7 over 4 who went off at 42/1. Ain't easy trying to get used to that crap. Right now, I don't even remember if that no. 4 was close for the place spot.

oh well... on to the 9th IF IT's playable.

think I may have lost a little despite the side action I actually played on no. 2 hoss. Was gonna post the cut n paste right from the "recall bets" report. But, that really doesn't change a thing and it's kinda long. And - besides,who cares?

Let's see....

side was $3 on nos. 2 and 6. No. 2 paid $18; BTW, no. 1 ran a good race to get 3rd. Bottom line was that I think I lost around 4 or 5 STINKIN bucks on the 9th/last wace. I did play other exactas in addition to the ones I posted, 1 stinkin dollar jobbies.

Ass burners hurt a bit, but side bets have bailed me out a good no. of times.
