Going with the following today:
Montreal & Armas -120: hot bats, cool opponent, and better pitcher = Expos victory; I also expect Armas to respond off of Florida blasting him last time out
Pitt/Cincy under 9u: Ritchie is on fire, while Dessens is solid and consistently decent; last night's freak show on offense for both teams gets cooled off by 2 much better pitchers
Schilling & AZ -155: hot AZ bats and huge pitching advantage makes the Dbacks the play here; Astros' step up in opponents off the 3 game win streak will be too much here
SF/LA over 9u: Hernandez has been getting battered this year, and I expect no different here from 2 teams hitting the ball pretty well (LA is hitting exceltionally, actually); Prokopec is on a recent good streak, but he'll cough up enough to assure the over
NYY/Balt over 10u: mediocre starting pitching and warm bats, plus a hitter's park and beckoning total of 9' / 10, equals over in my book
Radke & Minn -130: I expect a big outing here from Radke off of the White Sox hitting him last time out; Lowe looked good last time vs the Twins but the Twins' bats have warmed up since then; Twins looking to bury the Sox once and for all here
Ana/Oak under 9o: ice cold bats of Anaheim with a pitcher who has done pretty weel this year (Rapp) and who they seldom hit for, cool bats of Oakland and pitcher seemingly rounding into form, in a more pitcher-friendly park, equals under in my book
Good luck tonight.
