I've seen about 95% of cappers on Tulsa. I know Tulane sucked last year, but they were hit hard by injuries. This Tulsa club should be solid, but not sure they'll be great early as they lost everything offensively including the kitchen sink. I also remember Tulane giving LSU a great game in 2007 as 40 something point dogs.
