phoenix- sparks is the best steakhouse in manhattan..hands down....also very well known, in the sense, gotti put a hit on castellano and he was shot dead right in front...besides that bs...it is considered the best in the city...next to Peter Lugers...but know some real gooooood cappers that drop some major change on dinner a few times a month..
