Flashpoint update on Wiki if you trust that source says this:
A third season of Flashpoint was to have aired as a midseason replacement during CBS' 2009?2010 schedule, however, CBS announced it would air these episodes during the summer of 2009 beginning on July 17, 2009 instead of its previously announced 2010 timetable. On July 7, 2009, CBS has rescinded its decision, and the show will air at midseason after all.

Sounds like they already have 9 episodes ready to go but will show them around Jan. which might help this show get some ratings.

Nope never seen it....will look into it. As for Flashpoint, it has done very well in Canada (it is a Canadian show) but I thought CBS was going to drop it, guess not. Wouldn't matter if CBS dropped it because could still watch it in Canada but good to hear US viewers can continue to view it.


As for Dragon's Den, I think ABC "ripped it off". The Canadian dudes that are on the show did so well I guess ABC saw the potential and decided to bring em over to ABC. The show is pretty much the exact same thing as Dragon's Den, just looked like they added one US investor and ran with it. I believe the ABC show will be called "Shark Tank". Not sure when it starts but if it is like "Dragon's Den" then I'll check it out. I assume it will be because lots of people who were on the Canadian version are on this version.

Did you watch the Canadian show this year THE LISTENER?
Kind of a rip off to Journeyman in a way that he has an ability and tries to help them.
I was ok but nothing great and some weak acting at times.

I didn't know they showed that show in the USA? Pretty bad show in my opinion. It is still on in Canada but it should be canned in both countries. "Journeyman" was 100 times better.

Flashpoint will return in Canada this fall and then they will air in US in Jan.
Looks like I will be downloading them every week thanks to some shady Canadians that will share them online.

I downloaded all the Listener episodes and wathced them. It is currently on NBC on Thursday nights and doing poorly withonly 3 million viewers last week and only averaging around 4 for the first 7 episodes.
It is toast.

kegray on top of the Canadian shows I see Good to see "Flashpoint" coming back in Fall (in Canada). And since you know all about when shows are coming back. Is "Dragon's Den" coming back in Canada or is "Shark Tank" taking over? I am hoping two different shows.
