7 or 8 years ago there was a "flood" in our community. Yeah there was some water flowing down one of the roads on the outskirts of town.

When I saw the story on the local news show, man, it looked like a raging river at least 50 yards wide....so it also depends on the camera lens and angle the assholes use to film in order to make things look like a bigger deal than what it is....
