Santana got hurt, something in his throwing arm, earlier that inning.

Mauer got pulled early too. He pulled up a little limp running to third in the third inning. Not sure how bad it is or know much about it.

Even with losing Hawkins and Everyday Eddie, the late-inning bullpen is still pretty decent for the Twins. But the long relief leaves A LOT to be desired.

This game is nuts. Almost a homer, and then Blanco pops out and Jones damn near gets caught leaning.

Why wouldn't you try to suicide with Blanco there. He's already laid down one great bunt, you have speed at both second and third, and worst case you end up with one out and runners still at the corners. I guess there is the DP chances, but when you're in the 14th, try to get that baby home.

i actually thought indians were gonna go up 7-6 on escobar's last at bat. when it left the bat i thought it was way out of the park.

but twins are the only team getting runners on base. indians arent doing a damn thing

this is a battle of attrition now

on a side note, where would the dodgers be without milton bradley..that dude is a stud

i forget who i was tryin to tell that to when the trade was made. but the kid can flat out hit. hopefully he'll stay out of trouble and stupid situations. he could really help them. switch hitter with some power and speed that hits for a high avg.

So... is this game ever going to end?

On the Bradley note, I have the LA game dialed up on mlb audio and the LA announcer said he just made a great catch to save a double as I was typing this.
