I have gained a lot from this forum and haven't really contributed anything. Perhaps I can . . . maybe not, but I will start putting a couple of plays out here. I posted a writeup earlier on Cleveland. If you guys are interested in those do one everyday anyway as a guest capper on another site. I will post it here if there is interest. I feel like many of you have stronger picks that i can humbly come up with, but here goes.

Cleveland Indians -143 - (See write up for details)

Minnesotta Twins +130 - In their last six games the Twins have scored 32 runs while the Cubs scored only 19 in their last six. Strength of opposing pitching had a lot to do with that, but the difference is still too great to even think about laying odds on the Cubs. I'll take the +130 dog in what I believe is a 50 - 50 proposition.

Glad you won both plays. I didn't have enough on the game to even buy my wife dinner tonight so glad to see you win. Now Cleveland is a different story. I could buy several dinners on that one.

I usually try to find a live dog to go along with a favorite. Don't let my plays discourage you. I am down for the year on underdog plays and up on favorites. It is usually just the opposite.

I have another dog I like tonight so you might want to go the other way. (grin) I'm not calling it a play on here, but I think ARod must be having visions right about now . . . anticipating stepping up to the plate at Enron tonight.

Going to the game by chance?

By the way, I asked Jack for your email address and told him if that wasn't OK to send you mine.
