NC plays uptempo avg's almost 90 pts a game...but KU is the 2nd best uptempo team in the B-12.The Million Dollar question is " can KU run with them or slow them down?I like the NC gds and fds better.KU has a better little better bench but with Stewart out and NC's Green they might be even. nowThe 2nd to last song is a slow dance.."It;s "Somewhere over the rainbow" and KU is going home.
Memphis -2 over UCLA ****
Two differnet style teams playing.One wants to run with the ball,the other would like to slow it down.Both have 2 super freshman that can take over a game.I love Rose who is the best player out there.Love is great but I think with Memphis's tough inside players they can neutralize him somewhat.I think with the Tigers "dribble-drive" attack and they have more greyhounds then UCLA gives them the little edge. UCLA's defense is outstanding but Tigers defnse is just as good.Westbrook the PAC-10 defensive player of the year will have a tough time trying to stop Rose...will FT's have a say in this game...I'm hoping they don't to determine the winner..Memphis wins by 6...and the song Don Henley's "Heartbreak Hotel" or was that Elvis's....
