Raiders at Chiefs (1:00 pm ET SUN) UNDER 45.5
NFL picks are not our forte, but this one is showing some promise. The same storm that will cause the snow in WY on Saturday will move into the plains on Sunday. It will likely be either a big rain or snowstorm for the KC area. Again, it's 5 days out, so a lot of things can change, but right now things look good for the under. Oakland may also be a good bet if adverse conditions develop as the high powered pass attack of KC will be shut down.
Update: Not looking good for this one, at least rain wise. The storm is moving too quickly, and it should dry out before gametime. However, it will be VERY windy behind the storm, so that in itself may be enough for a pick.
Niners at Packers (1:00 pm ET SUN) UNDER 42.5, SF +4.5
Another potential NFL pick... rare for us. But this one looks pretty good- it will likely be a pretty rainy afternoon in Green Bay with temps in the 30s on Sunday. (I doubt it turns to snow, but it's still 3 days out) If the rain is heavy enough, we may squeak out a warm pick on the under. A better choice might be to take SF. The last time Farve played in rainy and cold conditions he was atrocious- fumbling the ball, terrible passes... his thumb just does not respond well to these conditions. Plus, the rain potentially looks a lot heavier than the Monday night game.

Can't justify a pick on this one. Rain will be over by gametime, and it looks a pretty decent afternoon in KC. It will be quite breezy, so that may effect the game a little... winds on the order of 20-30 mph may make passing a little tricky. The under is an OK bet, but not enough for a pick.

Will give this game the nod to warm status. Looks like rain will be coming in right around gametime, and could be heavy at times, especially late. It will be cold and raw as well, with temps in the 30s. This should keep Favre off his A game. Only warm picks here- it is NFL, after all.
