Any time....my 36-6 prediction was damn close...but I gave Buffalo too much credit...they wont get 6 points vs. many teams this year....

gonna be an ugly game. not sure how uconn is laying that many points with no quarterback. gotta think the buffalo magic # is 10. if they score 10, they cover, because i dont see the bulls defense giving up more than 28 at most.

Bulls "defense" gave up 38 and it easily could have been 52...Uconn emptied the benches in the 4th....Uconn QB played very well.....It was ugly---for Buffalo

even when everyone on the board wins, youre still the same lame asshole. ive never seen a bigger box of tools in my whole life. even a near tragedy cant change you.

instead of pounding your own chest, why not give credit to the many other cappers on this board who also handicapped the uconn side correctly -- like bear, nickel, rex, and a handful of others.

be content to share the spotlight. along with many other cappers, i had the under capped correctly. yet do you see me making a big scene?

grow up dude.

when uconn runs 76 plays to your 48 and holds a 36:27 -- 23:33 time of possession edge, youre going to eventually wear down and give up a score. buffalo fakes a punt inexplicably in their own territory. and then the bulls special teams allow uconns punt returner to average 25 yards a return. and then gets a 15 yard penalty on 4th down to set up another uconn TD. this loss was hardly the fault of the defense. get a clue. i didnt realize that i had to accurately peg the score to cash my under ticket. i thought the game would be 27-10 or something thereabout. instead of was 38-0. a win is a win.

Thanks Worm.....one of my two picks this weekend. I also have Louisville -22 against my Alma Mater, but did not trust the GA game. Actually feel that Boise covers and that DJ has a bad game for GA. Thanks for tonight though, made me 2 units at a C a piece, have the same on my other game.

Like last year -you come into my threads constantly with "subtle' bashing and I was just pointing out that you were wrong on all the points you made in MY thread.......I always say good luck and kudos to those who I feel deserve it AND I thank those who wish me good luck...I asked you nicely to stay out of my threads and you for some reason refuse to do it...and I ask you again...good luck-and as far as my accident you know nothing about what i have gone through, what i do, and what I have done for others so I will be polite and say excuse me but this is the last time I will speak on these matters.......

The Upstate
I have to give worm credit, he pretty much predicted the game to a T, or should I say W.

A lot of good capppers were on UConn, but I think it is alright for worm to beat his chest on this one. He called it perfectly...

Good start to the season worm!

youre right, i said buffalo has a huge mess at quarterback, sampsel is mediocre at very best, i said they had minimal talent at the skill positions, and an experienced defense that would give them a chance to stay in the game.

considering it was 3-0 midway through the 2nd quarter, id say the defense did their part of try and make it a ball game. but when your offense goes 3-and-out every possession and then your punter kicks it 40 yards and the coverage gives up 25 on the return for 3 straight possessions, no defense can overcome being backed against the wall all game.

whats funny is that we all capped the game correctly. those of us on the under. those on uconn. everyone.

yet somehow, thats not good enough for you. you need to bump up a quote that said buffalo's defense wouldnt allow more than 28. too funny.

worm-- when youre prepared to take shots at fletcher, then you can start talking about services. somehow, i doubt you have the balls to call out fletcher for charging for selections and handicapping

I know this is the NCAA forum but have you been watching that Lions / Bufflo game. Holy chit I think the Lions are going to the Superbowl. But I doubt it. Garcia going down like that hurts them bad. Now Herrington has to step up. Alot of pressure there for him and if it starts getting to him mentally, it could be a long season for the Lions. I think that number 31 player on the Lions defense is a joke and a ass clown. He is the one with the dreads hanging all out of his helmet.

I will bet against Detroit this year because of him in the Secondary. And I will win. It seems simple enough.

As for Buffalo the defense looks strong enough. So they got that going for them. But Louseman is streaky. I mean he guns it in there as you have to in the NFL. Don't throw any weak chit or it will be picked off and in the end zone.

Only trouble is Louseman is not accurate at high speeds and thats the only speed he knows. Seen it many times in the NFL and Mike Vick has a touch of it . In football its better to hit the plate with a change up unless you got overwhelming accuracy with the fast ball.

Its the same in football.

Montana and Steve Young are two examples of QBs that get it in there and its not necessarily fast. Its about getting the ball in a place where the receivers can catch it.

Ken Stabler and Joe Namath are two that could gun it and still maintain high accuracy. But Louseman is not Natmath or Stabler. He is a young QB. A untested one.

Against a team like New England or maybe Pittsburgh , Buffalo gets their asses handed to them.
