For those betting the total......may wanna take a peak at the radar. Heavy rain headed that way that should arrive by 1st half, accompanied by 15-25mph winds.

My play: UCF/Marshall, under 45.5 for 2.5 units.

Come on weather, don't let me down. :0corn

bad weather-more fumbles-bad passes-dropped punts--def td--more pts??

I just think it all balances out......for however much it slows the offense, it slows the defense. and as long as it's not real windy, you can still throw the ball.

Remember the weather on Monday Nite ????

I'm aware....which is why I pointed out the wind. Check the radar, see that weird looking band of precip ahead of the main line? Thats a gust front, gust fronts indicate strong winds.

Also taking under 23 first half for 1 unit.

UCF is still feeling out this 2 QB system......if they grab the lead early they'll take the air out of the ball and chew the clock instead of risking int's knowing Marshall can't move the ball on them.

I had the over, I live for rain when playing overs unless it's a monson.Off has major adv with wet field bigtime, most fiekd don't pond like 20 years ago, they have major drains specs for a college field and pro are built to take up to 5-7inches of rain a hour before drains quit, might pond for 10 mins tops then drains down and off to sides and back of end zones due to crowing of fields.

Now what I do look for is wind over 17 mph that changes direction of ball and holds it up that is the min. many test have been done on this, temps below 23 a football freezes at 23 and below and fields freeze even with coils at 20 or below so i look for wind, frozen ball and fieldbecause that effects all aspects of game , passing running, kicking catching the balll, holding onto the ball blocking because cleats can't get grip and can't change directions when moving much feet slip bigtime like ice kates.I post this each year around end fo oct have for 10 years, i live for unders when have a set up like that and same as live for overs if i think it will rain, rain also gives a few cheap scores lot of the time, it effects the long ball 20 = but is big for short to mid range passing game due to deff not being able to plant drop step to change direction, the wide outs can they know where they are going so you see the short passing game lot more passing then run and lots of yac and see 5-10 yard patterens turn into 40-50 ard td's . it effects punting because ball gets heavy which can lead to short fields. you follow these set ups on total and a word i don't say much but I guarantee you look at total this way and you will win lot more then you lose, keep your own weather log to see for yourself. End of oct is when this will really start till help you, same as snow unless it's a blizzard in the feet during the game treat it like rain as long as in the temp and win range.

Just passing along total info i pass each year so this is it for this year listen to me or not but i know it is solid it's up to you to use it how you want if at all. I know i am never going to change it, been doing it for many years with totals and treats me just fine. Good Luck.
