hedgehog....I agree...even though UCLA has not looked good vs memphis and virginia think with a week to prepare for the Longhorns they win and cover the -8..think that line will go up during the week..so I jumped on it a -8...Swoopes cannot throw the ball...past 10 yds...Strong protected his arm with all short routes..BYU in the 2nd half adjusted and Texas got blown out..GL

1st week the offense was abysmal and good in 2nd game. The defense was great vs. Virginia and could not stop Memphis last Saturday. So who knows what team you will see this week.

In UCLA's defense, both Virginia and Memphis could be real surprises this year, especially Virginia. Maybe that's the reason they didn't blow either out.

likely will have no play on this game as I usually like to buy low and sell high (which would suggest a play on Texas), but I tend to agree with others that UVA and Memphis are both programs on the rise - Memphis has talent on offense and the play calling for the Tigers was excellent Saturday night - tough spot lw for UCLA as well off cross-country trip with another one on deck against perennial powerhouse

defense will likely play better than lw and offense found a bit of a groove - 'horns are obviously a mess right now

gl to all no matter what sides you choose -

This should be easy money, but I just can't put money on that UCLA defense after what I saw last week. There are some high school programs that could put up four TDs on the defense I saw in that game. Good luck.

Texas QB Tyrone Swoopes is horrible, the OL is horrible, they have no quality depth and the entitled mentality still has not been eradicated. UCLA will cover easily.

This has all the classic markings of a game TX has no business covering but does. Strong is too good of a coach to allow two beat downs in a row. UCLA will probably win, but only by 13 or 14.

I have kept up with the Longhorns since I was still in diapers, my parents and sister went there, I went to SFA but I keep up with the Longhorns, they have the worst team I have seen in years, this should be a beatdown by UCLA I agree

Texas defense starters are better this year. But they have NO DEPTH. Their offense without Ash went from mediocre to bad. Swoopes is OK but no experience and really not ready to test the deep pass. Just a bunch of short routes. The OL is missing 3 starters including the center. They are still missing WR Daje Johnson and could be without their best WR Jaxon Shipley.

Strong is still dealing with Mack's recruits so this year is going to be painful for Longhorn fans.

Unless Texas can magically run the ball really well, they lose by double digits. They just dont have enough quality players to compete.
