On Thursday afternoon, Olympic Marseille will
travel to Newcastle Upon Tyne for a UEFA Cup
fixture. 52,000 will cheer their boys as they march towards their first Euro Cup since 1969.
Newcastle need a victory in there last match of the season against Liverpool to vault into 4th place to assure themselves of a Champions League slot for next yr.

But tomorrow they will have full focus on
the UEFA Cup. This match will be a battle of the Newcastle offense, 24 goals in 10 matches,
and the Olympic Marseille defense. Marseille have given up 2 goals in 6 UEFA matches.

Newcastle scorer Craig Bellamy with 5 goals in the UEFA competition will be sidelined with a hamstring tear. Attacking mid-fielders Kieron Dyer, and Jermaine Jenas will also be missing due to injury. This should put a big dent into the Castle offensive attack. Newcastle have let in 7 goals in 10 matches, and with these injuriesin the front, i expect the defense to tighten up tomorrow.

Marseille, not known for their goal scoring prowess, will be missing striker Mido, and forward Steve Marlet is doubtful. Only 1 of the 6 Marseille Cup matches have gone over the 2 1/2 total.

Taking into consideration the importance of this match combined with injuries to key offensive players, and Olympic Marseilles'
solid defense, I will be on the UNDER in this fixture.

RECOMMENDATION: NEWCASTLE UNDER 2 1/2 -148

enjoy.
