if hettes had found a submission i would have had an epic night - nice call in the diego v jury fight
that was the best UFC i've seen by far. there was more fighting in it than the last five combined.

Ok fights to be at but nothing special.
Thoughts on Champ fight- It felt like Hendricks coasted in 3 and 4 and then used that energy for the 5th. If that is the case maybe he figured with what happened in the GSP fight that he wanted to win the 5th.
It was strange though because Lawler got in such a groove in the 3rd and 4th. It's strange to see a guy in a groove like that and just lose it. I would understand if that happened and he punched himself out in the previous two but he didn't look to be going overboard. IMO he looked like he was sparring and should have still had energy. That's the reason I think Hendricks was coasting and then once he turned it back on Lawler looked like he had in the 1st and 2nd.
I've thought Hendricks was the best WW before this fight but now I don't know. GSP had the gas tank to last and it helped him win a lot of fights. There are some good fights coming up in the WW division with Hector and Rory in there. IMO it's Rory's to lose at this point. The kid is just too talented in all aspects. Throw all of those fights together and then a GSP comeback and you have the makings for some big time fights. Now if they'll just moves Bones up to HW I'll be excited about the UFC again.
