GT -7 & Over(whatever the number) Load the hell up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get it while it last as this number will be going up. Everything Tech does on offense is a polar opposite of my dawgs defense. The jackets are built around discipline and the dawgs are built around penalties and missed assignments. The only downside for the jackets is their defense isnt very good either. Now Georgia has been preparing for GT all year and will probably play the option a little better, but Tech has adjusted and gone to the air more which is bad news for the waterboys we have playing in the defensive backfield. There are more reasons I like this but just wanted to get this out there before I hit the bed. Bottom line for me is I will be on tech and the over large and nothing anyone could say would change my mind. Good Luck

Not sure what the reverse homer thing is but I would imagine you have seen quite a bit of each teams games this year as well and I would love to here what you disagree with.

not sure if I am going to play this game or not.

Ga Tech is hard to cap for me although I won a solid game with them this year.

Georgia at this stage is numb. Losing to Kentucky. wow . Richt will be lucky to keep his job.

The one thing you got to look at is its at Ga Tech.
They are starved to prove they belong in the ACC championship game. Johnson a better coach than Richt right now. Thats a given.

Ga Tech has only beaten Georgia once in what 10 yrs ? And that was last year by 3 points.

If Georgia dont have Green its trouble.

Ga Tech running game is unstoppable for Georgia.

But we all know Ga Tech cant pass the ball.

Cox will throw his interceptions and Georgia will be penalized 100 yds or so.

toss up game

Georgia's longest winning streak in the series was seven straight games from 1991-1997 and again from 2001-2007. Georgia Tech won the most recent game in the series on November 29, 2008, with a score of 45-42.

The biggest reason not to expect an upset next Saturday when Georgia goes to North Ave? The Dogs? defense seldom rattles anybody any more.

If this is another indictment of defensive coordinator Willie Martinez, so be it. We watched Kentucky score four second-half touchdowns Saturday night, and even though two of those scores were set up by turnovers, the game illustrated Georgia?s lack of ability to make a play when it matters.

Question: Do you see Martinez putting together a game plan and inspiring a defense to the point that the Dogs can either: 1) rattle Jackets quarterback Josh Nesbitt into making mistakes, or, 2) slow an offense that is among the nation?s per-game leaders in yardage (449.6) and points (36)? I don?t.

Here?s a stat for you: If you throw out the Vanderbilt and Tennessee Tech games, Georgia has allowed an average of 31.4 points in its other nine games. Martinez might want to keep that off his resume.

Can Georgia put up points against Tech? Yes. But as much as the Jackets? defense has struggled this season, it also has shown an ability to make adjustments and make plays when it has had to. (Another stat: The Jackets have allowed only one second-half touchdown in the last four games). The Dogs probably had a better defense a year ago, when Tech torched them for 409 rushing yards and five offensive TDs.

I suppose there?s something to be said for this being a rivalry game and Georgia players wanting to finish the season (pre-bowl) on a high note. But it?s hard to imagine any breakthrough coming now.

The game I think about is that Ga Tech needed overtime to beat Wake Forest at home. :scared

UGA will contain dwyer and somewhat nesbit with the inside guys, but once they get on the edge and our CB's and safties are are forced to play football then we are toast. As far as throwing the ball, GT is toward the bottom but that is mostly because they havent had to. They actually have the highest yards per completion in the country by quite a large margin. I know if I was the OC for tech and saw UGA locked up man(which they will have to do most of the night) I would throw the fade all night and watch it rain touchdowns.

are you playing it ?

is it a official play for you GT-7 .................. ??

Does a bear shit in the woods:shrug:

I am stuck in the stone age and still use a local so it will be tomm before I get it in but it will be a big play for me regardless of what he opens at. For the purpose of this thread though yes 7 is a play(I see some 6.5's out there) and when the total opens I will be on the over. I know you say it is unpredictable and I agree to a certain extent, but I cant change what my own eyes have seen and barring tech turning it over 4-5 times they should put up 35+. I guess if you think they are going to shut Georgia down I could see not playing it, but surely you dont see that happening do you? I guess if it opens at 55+ I will have to take a second look, but I would imagine it would open at 51. The last time I felt this way was UGA over Hawaii :SIB
